DeWitt County is one of the top agricultural counties in Texas in beef cattle and pecan production and is the Wildflower and Turkeyfest Capital of the World. We are renovating our County Courthouse and the former Knights of Pythias building as the Chisholm Trail Heritage Museum.

Congratulations to Megan Duderstadt! Megan won the district Talent Find Contest on Oct. 6 in Victoria with her dance routine to "Hicktown." Megan was the winner of DeWitt's Miss TFB and Talent Find. Read more about our community involvement and see photos from the Tom Tom Parade.

Leadership Conference

DeWitt County Farm Bureau was represented at the Texas Farm Bureau 44th Annual Youth Leadership Conference by Randall Ondrusek and Cassie Barker.  The purpose of the conference is to provide the students with a better understanding of their American heritage and the capitalistic free enterprise system.
