2015 Donald Sugarek
Agriculture Scholarship

Kelley Wood, daughter of Henry and Karen Wood of Victoria, was selected to receive the 2015 Donald Sugarek Agriculture Scholarship. The $2,000 scholarship, named after the late Donald Sugarek, District 12 Field Representative, is awarded to one student who decides to pursue a career in agricultural studies. Kelley is a 2015 graduate of St. Joseph High School and plans to attend Texas State University in San Marcos, majoring in Integrated Ranch and Natural Resource Management/Wildlife Biology. Pictured with Kelley are Mr. Sugarek's wife, Betty, and their four daughters.

Victoria CFB is proud of our 4-H Gold Star recipients! The Gold Star Award is the highest honor that can be received through the 4-H program.
