YF&R Silent Auction

This basket was donated by our county for the Young Farmer & Rancher Silent Auction, held at the Annual TFB Meeting, to help raise funds for youth scholarships.


Food Check-Out Week
Food Check-Out Week was celebrated Feb. 21-25, 2011. Fayette County Farm Bureau collected food and monetary donations for area food pantries.

Judge Ed Janecka signed the proclamation for Food Check-Out Week 2011. Jacquie Kohlleppel, Paul Kohlleppel and Donnie Dippel, Fayette CFB president, set up a table at H-E-B to distribute information about Food Check-Out Week and take donations of food items and monies to be distributed to the area food pantries.  


Halloween at Fayette County FB


Christmas Open House
Fayette County Farm Bureau holds a Christmas Open House event each December. Members and the general public are invited to attend. There are refreshments and gifts for everyone.


Youth Involvement
Youth Leadership Conference –sponsors one or more students from local high schools to attend the Texas Farm Bureau Youth Leadership Conference.
Ag Day–acquaints youth with the importance of agriculture. Fourth graders from seven schools in the local areas attend.
Scholarships–offered to graduating students from the Schulenburg, Flatonia, La Grange, Fayetteville, and Round Top-Carmine high schools.
