Billy is a farmer and rancher who has served two years on the board. He has also served as the Farm Service Agency director and chair and as director of the Gillespie County Historical Society.

Clark Behrends

Clark and his family operate Behrands Feed Mill and a commercial hog operation.

Harvey Ellebracht

Harvey is a farmer and rancher. He is a retired parts manager.

Jerry Durst

Jerry is involved in farming and ranching and has served on the board more than 16 years. He is as past officer of the GCFB, school board and GCFFA. He is the Junior Livestock Show president and Hill Country Horse Club director.

Keven Eckhardt

Keven is a farmer, rancher and wildlife manager.

Lester Meier

Lester is a rodeo producer and rancher.

Roy Weber

Roy is not only involved in farming and ranching, but also construction. He has been on the board for more than 20 years.

Sofus Nielsen

Sofus is a farmer and rancher and owner of Nielsen Grain & Fertilizer. He has served on the board for one year.

Steve Olfers

Steve is principal of Strueher & Son, Inc. and is also involved in ranching. This is Steve's first year on the board. He is the Fredericksburg Volunteer Fire Department chief; Gillespie County fire marshal; and president of the Doss Consolidated School Board.

Wallace Klussmann

Wallace is a rancher and retired Texas A&M Wildlife and Fisheries professor. He has served on the GCFB board for more than 12 years. Wallace was chairman of the board of the Office of Rural Community Affairs and on the executive board of the Texas Wildlife Association.

Henry Welge

Henry is a cattle rancher who is also one of the top producers and marketers of wildlife in Gillespie County.

Serving our members' insurance needs are Lin Winfrey (Agency Manager), Justin Elliott, Gerald Craig (Claims Adjuster), Scott Gardner, and Terry Neans.

Office secretaries are Sandy Schumann and Abbey Jones.
