Rental Information

Gillespie County Farm Bureau offers a 6,000 square foot, air-conditioned/heated hall as well as a 500 square foot meeting room that can be rented for large (capacity 400) or small (capacity 50) gatherings and events. Each package includes public restrooms, use of the kitchen facilities, tables and chairs, a stage, if desired, trash receptacles and bags. There is ample parking and it is conveniently located just outside the city limits off Highway 87 South.

The Hall

$900 per day includes rental only.

The Meeting Room

$75 per day includes rental only.

Gillespie County Farm Bureau members in good standing for a minimum of 6 months at the time the reservation is made will receive $100 off the hall rental or $10 off the meeting room rental, providing their membership is still current at the time of the event. (One time per year per membership number.)

Rental Policies

There will be a security deposit of $400 due upon signing of the contract. This deposit is over and above the rental fee. The deposit is not refundable if you cancel the event unless the hall is booked again for this date. The deposit is refundable within 10 days after your event providing no extra charges are incurred due to damage or special charges as outlined in the contract.

Security is Required

As a courtesy, the day prior to the event will be allowed for set-up and preparation at no additional charge. However, it must be during regular office hours - Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Please be advised that normal Farm Bureau business activities and foot traffic in the kitchen and adjacent rooms will continue as usual on that day. Should air conditioning or heat be required during this complimentary set up time, it will be deducted from the security deposit at $20 per hour.
