Two Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association (TSCRA) special rangers are credited with arresting a Humble man suspected of stealing five head of cattle from Connors State College.
TSCRA Special Rangers Bart Perrier and John Cummings arrested Artrell Mark Carmouche, 23, of Humble on cattle theft charges. Carmouche attended Connors State College on a rodeo scholarship and allegedly stole five cows from the college’s agriculture program.
The TSCRA special rangers arrested Carmouche after being informed that he sold the five cows for approximately $5,400 at the sale barn in Bristow, Okla., according to Drover’s Cattle Network.
Carmouche has been charged with larceny of domestic animals and is being held at the Muskogee County jail.
