The U.S. Farmers and Ranchers Alliance (USFRA) will host The Food Dialogues: New York from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Central today at the TimesCenter in New York City.
Three panel discussions will bring medical and nutritional experts together with farmers and ranchers to discuss antibiotics in livestock, biotechnology and the media, marketing and healthy food choices. Ali Velshi, CNN chief business correspondent and anchor of “Your Money” and “World Business Today” on CNN International, will moderate the conversations.
Food Dialogues: New York will be streamed live on the USFRA website, http://www.fooddialogues.com/ny-food-dialogues.
This is the second Food Dialogues event, following a similar multi-panel format held in Los Angeles in June. USFRA is hosting Food Dialogues events around the country to connect consumers with food experts and farmers and ranchers to answer their questions about how our food and fiber is grown.
